Easy Home Lets is an Independent Residential Letting Agency, operated from a distinctive office in the heart of Coppull Village in a busy prominent spot on Spendmore Lane. The office is in a prime location sandwiched between the Royal Bank of Scotland and the Post Office.
Easy Home Lets was formed in February 2012 by Directors, Sue Potter and Charlotte Forrest who together have many years' experience in the home lettings market. Since opening their Agency with no properties on their books, they now successfully and proudly manage more than 150 Fully Managed Lets and have 'found tenants' for over 100 additional Landlords which is purely down to their hard work, commitment and dedication in running their successful business.
Sue who is a former policewoman purchased the building which is now home to their welcoming office many years ago in the hope of fulfilling her lifelong dream to one day run her own Letting Agency.
Charlotte and Sue first met several years ago when Charlotte was working as a Sales Negotiator for an Estate Agency and was showing Sue around a property she was considering purchasing for her own rental portfolio. The following year Sue took employment as a Sales Valuer for the same Agency and Charlotte moved positions into the Rental Department. Over the following years the pair became firm friends having a shared passion for property and a joint love of Lettings in particular as they were also both long time landlords with multiple properties themselves. They both share the same ethos in wanting to provide a truly excellent service standard based on honesty, integrity and reliability.
In 2012, this dynamic duo both felt the time was right to branch out on their own and Easy Home Lets was born!
The pair are not sitting on their laurels and have great plans for the future of their business and have in fact purchased the property adjoining their office to meet their future plans for expansion. The business is totally owner run by the pair but due to their success they have now employed Christine to join the team. Christine has the same fantastic work ethic, taking pride in not only meeting but exceeding the expectations of customers, in providing a service which stands alone from the rest and a service which grows through word of mouth from both happy tenants and landlords.
The business holds Professional Indemnity Insurance and there is of course redress as Easy Home Lets are members of the lettings property ombudsman, giving the customer peace of mind that they always adopt and follow 'best practice' and that the customer will always be dealt with in a professional and caring manner.
