David McGeachie started the Tenant Finder lettings agency in St Margarets in 2006 as a buy-to-let landord himself and has firmly established the business across the borough and now into Kensington, Chiswick and other upmarket locations in West London. Combining his very personal approach along with an intimate knowledge of the area, he and his colleagues have won many fans and plaudits and have been short listed for the Best Local Retail Business in the Richmond Business Awards for 2011, 2012 and 2013; this was for all businesses, not just estate agents, and no other agency achieved this. He is also a passionate supporter, organiser, sponsor and host of many local charity and music events and has been for over 12 years. David successfully co-launched McGeachie Medd Estate Agents in late 2012 and has now moved into his own fully-owned sales service, David McGeachie Property Sales.
