What will renting this property cost you? 				 As well as your regular rental payments, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments. For Tenancies Which Begin On or After September 1st 2019 							 							Prior to the start of the tenancy 							 							Holding Deposit 1 week's rent 							Security Deposit 6 week's rent 							 							During the tenancy Late rental payment charge £30 per instance of late rent 							 							Key Replacement charge - If you require a key or key fob for the property to be replaced, the cost of the replacement key/fob will be passed on to you with an invoice to demonstrate proof of cost. 							 							Out of Hours Contractor charge – If you require a contractor to attend the property out of hours due to an emergency caused by your own act, the cost of any contractor fees incurred by the landlord will be passed on to you with an invoice to demonstrate proof of cost. 							Missed Contractor Appointment charge – If you miss a pre-agreed appointment with a contractor, the cost of any contractor fees incurred by the landlord will be passed on to you with an invoice to demonstrate proof of cost.
