Founded in 1908, Cooper & Tanner are the area’s longest standing Estate Agents, Auctioneers,
Surveyors and Agricultural professionals. We hold regular land and property auctions, weekly
livestock sales and our salerooms auctions are held each Wednesday. We are based in Frome,
Castle Cary, Glastonbury, Standerwick, Street, Warminster and Wells and cover Somerset and
Wiltshire.
Our Lettings Department provides a full service for landlords of residential property and our
Commercial Department can deal with all aspects of the commercial market including sales
and lettings of shops, offices, commercial units etc. Our Surveying Department provides
structural surveys, homebuyers’ reports, probate and marital valuations and can advise on
all aspects of property. We have expert and extensive knowledge of development land,
