Compass is an independent family run business which started in the Autumn of 2000 as a property management company in a small office on the outskirts of Dovercourt. We soon needed to expand to a larger office and in the Autumn of 2003 due to demand we opened our town center office in Kingsway dealing fully with Lettings, Management and Residential property sales.
Our Business has steadily grown over the years to establish us as one of the leading Estate/Letting Agents in the town. We have shown excellent growth in our property management portfolio of individual properties, blocks of flats and property sales. We have 5 members of staff dealing with matters relating to Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Block Management, Information Technology and Administration.
