As a regular high street agent, we do everything you would normally expect us to: we visit your property to confirm that the details are correct and answer any questions you may have; we arrange the viewings of prospective tenants and buyers for you, and we handle all the sale or rental negotiations for you. We market your property in exactly the same way as you would normally expect - on the big four property portals, as well as many of the smaller ones. 

However, through creating your own property profile, uploading your details online (even though we check through thoroughly ourselves AND visit your property before they appear online), and show your propestive purchasers and tenants around your property yourself, we can pass on our savings to you.
