Broadgate Lettings was set up in 2018 by Matt Broadgate. Matt trained at lettings specialists Finders Keepers where he went on to manage a portfolio of over 130 rental properties in and around the Banbury area. He then joined Stepping Stones and was responsible for organising maintenance and large renovation projects on a rental portfolio that included over 600 properties.
Matt is professionally trained and is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). Broadgate Lettings is registered with The Property Ombudsman redress scheme and carries Client Money Protection insurance to give additional peace of mind for landlords and tenants alike. Broadgate Lettings is also a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
