The company is now being managed by William and Maryvonne Barron. We are landlords ourselves as we have our own student and commercial property in Derby and bring over 35 years’ experience of buying, refurbishing and letting property in the UK, and surprisingly even in Brazil, to the business.
We currently look after around 140 properties across Derby with the core of these being student properties located around the university campuses. The business has grown organically through reputation and we are now widely regarded as one of the best student accommodation providers in the city.
