AVENUE Property are an independent family run letting agent based in Porthcawl and are private landlords with a portfolio of properties for over 18 years.

We cover residential lets for landlords and tenants, as well as holiday lets for property owners and their guests. As a result, we have strong links with local trades and suppliers for maintenance, cleaning, laundry etc.
