U&A is a development of 162 apartments located to the south of Birmingham City Centre. The scheme is split between two buildings, one of which is a historic building known as Unity House and the other will be a new construction.

The development has a communal area including a lounge and co-working space.

The site is a in a central location on the edge of Birmingham’s Gay Village.

The 02 Birmingham music venue and multiple hotels and picturesque churches are within a 3-minute walking distance. The site is also close to the Chinese Quarter, which is home to a large number of restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options.
