We’re thrilled to announce that formal planning approval has been granted, and work has now begun at Saint Sannans Field, a beautifully located new development in Aberbargoed.

Situated off Bedwellty Road, the site is conveniently connected to Aberbargoed Town Centre, which offers a variety of shops and services. It also enjoys excellent links to nearby Bargoed Town Centre. The area is surrounded by a mix of residential neighbourhoods and amenities, including a community centre to the south, and benefits from frequent bus services and access to Bargoed railway station, offering sustainable travel options.

This development will feature 67 new homes, comprising of a mix of 59 two, three & four-bedroom open market sale properties designed to meet the needs of a variety of buyers. Llanmoor will also be constructing 8 one-bedroom walk-up apartments designated as affordable housing. These homes will be sold to and managed by Caerphilly County Borough Council, continuing our recent partnership from the Bedwellty Field development.
