Each Studio Apartment and apartment at Fitz & Knox is designed to ensure residents enjoy an exceptional standard of living, at a fair and affordable monthly rent. Our Studio Apartments are designed with residents in mind, with a range of sizes on offer to accommodate couples, and residents looking for a long-term rental home.

You’ll have peace of mind with our secure entry system, while also enjoying your own ease of access with keyless entry. Within your Studio Apartment, you’ll enjoy beautifully designed interiors and high-spec appliances, with balconies, city views, and high-ceilinged Studio Apartments available throughout the property.

Our furnished kitchens feature integrated appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven and induction hob, and washer-dryer (giving you all the convenience of running your home, without leaving your Studio Apartment). While our largest Studio Apartments feature dedicated dining tables, our remaining Studio Apartments each come with chic and stylish breakfast bars, giving each resident a dedicated dining area.

Each Studio Apartment comes with plenty of storage space, with bedside tables and wardrobes as standard, with over-bed storage available in many of our Studio Apartments and built-in underbed storage included in all. You’ll also have your own living area, complete with sofa, coffee table, media unit, making your Studio Apartment truly move-in ready.

Plus, with utilities and wi-fi included* in your monthly rent, you’ll be able to enjoy outstanding convenience and ease of payments.

A fully-equipped gym makes work outs simple to fit into your lifestyle, while our Peloton, Reformer Pilates & yoga Studios provide room to exercise your way. You can then unwind in our wellness suite, reclining on our spa beds, and recharge in our infra-red sauna.

Fitz & Knox have a dedicated Residents’ Team at the Reception are available for your convenience or just to welcome you home after an exciting, busy day. Should maintenance be required, you can request a visit through your Residents’ App, and our on-site Technician will have your issue fixed promptly and efficiently. You can also use your Residents’ App to see an overview of your rental account details, and read more about Belong resident events and updates within our community.
