Our new builds in Gotham are close to plenty of Nottinghamshire amenities, starting with the local pubs – The Sun, The Star, and the Cuckoo Bush Inn – and include a newsagent's and a hair salon. Your nearest gym is at the LivingWell Health Club in Lockington and Kegworth. The main appeal of Gotham, however, is its surroundings: open country roads, working fields, and peaceful residential areas framed by trees and woodland. Our new homes in Gotham have three hiking trails close by – The Gotham Heritage Trail is an 8-minute drive away from home, while the Gotham and Barton Moors are a 4-minute and 6-minute drive away respectively.
