Continue up the hill past Badgemore Golf Club and at the T junction turn left signposted B481 to Reading. Pass through Rotherfield Peppard, over the common and down the hill. As the road bends sharply left take the right fork towards Kidmore End/Woodcote. A the T Junction turn left onto the Reading Road (A4074) and continue for 1.1 mile, turn left onto Mill Lane, and after 0.3 the property will be on your right hand side.
