Built in the summer of 2016, these brand new studio flats represent the height of student city centre living. These fully furnished studios are located on Huntingdon Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the NTU City Campus.

The studios come with stylish furniture including; double bed, large flat screen TV, sofa, desk, and desk chair. Each studio has a large amount of floor space and a kitchen fully equipped with all white goods.

There is also a large bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. All bills (water/gas/electricity/internet) come included with the rent, so there is no headache in arranging bills yourself. The studios are all located on the top floor of the block so they offer great views across Nottingham. The flat also comes with a flat screen TV mounted to the wall.

There is an Aldi supermarket about 30 seconds walk away, as well there being a Pizza Hut next door for those late night takeaways!
