Directions

From Savills Summertown Oxford office, take the A4165 north towards Kidlington. At the Cutteslowe roundabout, take the first exit onto North Way/Sunderland Ave (A40). Continue to the roundabout and take the fourth exit onto the Woodstock Road (A44). At the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A34 ramp ( M40/The Midlands/Bicester) and merge onto the A34. After approximately 4.5 miles take the B4027 exit towards Bletchingdon. Turn right onto the Islip Road (B4027) and continue into Bletchingdon village, the Duchy Field development can be found on the right hand side just after the primary school.
