Fresh Estate & Letting was formed by company directors Matthew Wiggall and Dean Brain and opened its doors for the first time in April 2011. Both Matthew and Dean had worked for top local agents previously and gained good reputations locally for their quality of work and for getting results. “Opening this business was a natural step for us both and a decision we have never looked back on. We have used all our experience and beliefs of how an estate and letting agency should be run and have enjoyed putting this into practice.
