Where it is
The village of Rose is an idyllic rural hamlet surrounded by farmland, close to The North Cornish Coast and a pleasant walk from the unspoilt Penhale end of Perranporth. Town facilities are available in nearby Perranporth and there is a convenience shop, pub and primary school in nearby Goonhavern.To find the plot, go into Rose and in the middle of the village on the right hand side there is a cottage called The Smithy. Take the unmade road (which has a public byway sign) between The Smithy and Hope Cottage. The plot can be found a few hundred yards or so up the byway on the right hand side and is marked by our For Sale board. It is adjacent to a cottage called Meadow Farm. The postcode should get you to the centre of the village TR4 9PG. We recommend taking welly boots.
