Ascot itself is fantastic, it is close to beautiful countryside and has a good High Street and supermarkets. We are within easy reach of the racecourse and train station here. Whether you catch the train or drive, it is also very simple to travel into London.
The owner hopes to stay in the area once he has moved but he is now looking for a property that is slightly smaller. This is a lovely area with very nice neighbours and I will miss it when I leave, he says. I will also miss all the space at Abbey Place and its unique character.
