‘The local schools for Tunley are St Mary’s Primary School, Timsbury, and for age 11-18 there is nearby Writhlington School and St Gregory’s School in Bath. Bath college is also easy to access. Timsbury hosts the nearest local shop, however there is a large Sainsburys only ten-minutes away on our side of Bath. There is a recreation centre in the village with a lovely park, picnic area and football pitch and a good variety of fitness and special interest classes.’

We have enjoyed many evenings entertaining friends and family here and have even staged some special birthday parties hosted in marquees taking up the whole garden – it’s fantastic to have this much outdoor space.’
