close to the Cotswold AONB, quietly situated away from main
roads, yet easily accessible to the local centres of Malmesbury

Cheltenham and Bristol are all within easy daily commuting
distance.
There are excellent connections to the Cirencester bypass linking
the M4 (J16) to the M5 at Cheltenham. Mainline railway services to
London Paddington from Kemble (75 min) and Swindon Stations
(55 minutes) are all under 12 miles away.
Education locally is first class with good private and state schools
within easy reach. Minety and Ashton Keynes Schools, as well
as Prior Park at Cricklade, Westonbirt, Marlborough College, St
Mary's and St Margaret's, Calne and Pinewood to name a few.
Sporting opportunities are diverse, including golf courses at
Oaksey and Minchinhampton; sailing and water sports at the
Cotswold Water Park; motor racing at Castle Coombe; private
flying at Kemble.
The region has extensive equestrian activities, including hunting
with both the VWH and Duke of Beaufort's hounds, Polo at
Cirencester and Beaufort and eventing at Badminton, Dauntsey
