And rest assured, your deposit is held securely in an insurance based tenant deposit scheme. Many of our property offerings are based around a number of select developments in prime locations in the Central Plymouth area but we also have a growing portfolio of houses and apartments in the suburbs and surrounding areas.  We are, of course, seeking to increase our portfolio of property to manage.
