New Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) signed on or after 1st June 2019
As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Jeremy Leaf & Co.)
Reservation Payment: 1 week’s rent (this payment will form part of the first month’s rent)
Security Deposit:
