Oscars Estate Agents  was formed in 2008 as a local independent estate agent covering Hull and East Yorkshire. Our services have expanded since the companies inception and we now provide a full range of property services including valuation, residential sales, residential lettings and property management as well as mortgage advice and other financial services.  In 2017 we relocated our head office into new premises overlooking the fields at Anlaby Common following an extensive refurbishment programme. The office provides some welcoming meeting spaces as well as being an excellent showroom to market your property on one of the main arterial routes into and out of the city centre. Our team are all local people who have an extensive knowledge of the area and a combined experience of in excess of 50 years working within the property industry in the East Riding. We are extremely proud of what we have achieved since the company’s inception, and we now manage several hundred properties throughout Hull and East Yorkshire as well as dealing with the acquisition and sale of residential properties for our clients. We have invested heavily in the technology we use, ensuring we reach the maximum target audience on behalf of our clients, utilising online property search websites, and social media. We also advertise in the local media and have 'For Sale' and 'Let Me' boards with striking and eye-catching branding. We provide a free valuation service in both our Sales and Lettings departments and whether you are upsizing, downsizing, relocating or just curious we welcome the opportunity to meet with you and provide some advice.
