FEES 90% inclusive of VAT of the first month’s rent (75% plus VAT) FULLY MANAGED As for Let Only service detailed above plus on-going rent collection periodic inspections, meter readings, payment of relevant bills, checking property at end of tenancy, agreeing dilapidations, etc. FEES In addition to a reduced Letting Fee, 78% inclusive of VAT of the first month’s rent (65% plus VAT), our Fully Managed fee will be an additional 12% inclusive of VAT (10% plus VAT) of each month’s rent collected (subject to a minimum six month term). ADMINISTRATION FEE Optional service available where the tenant is known or introduced by the Landlord.  Consisting of reference checks, inventory, legal notices and tenancy agreement.  There is a charge of £180.00 (£150.00 plus VAT). CARETAKING SERVICE Suitable for persons not wishing to let their property but needing it to be visited periodically to check the security of the premises, condition of the garden, collection of junk mail, etc. FEES P.O.A.
