Austins’ story started some 5 years ago under a franchise umbrella of a different name. Having realised this was an avenue I wanted to pursue I decided to create my own independent estate agents. Realising that a new age of estate agency was dawning which combines online services now allied with personalised service. Austins aim wants to marry the two together, we realise that many aspects of estate agency have now changed, however, the fundamentals of the job are still the same, matching people to property both for sales and lettings.
