Our office has a dedicated administration officer who collates references and ensures tenants are financially viable to rent property. The administrator also prepares the legal aspects of a tenancy including composition of the tenancy agreement (sourced from The Letting Centre). The Branch Manager, Sanjay Shah and Lettings Manager, Adam Hussain, come from an extensive real estate background having served the local area for over 15 years.
