We advertise all properties on Rightmove and also on our website.  Our staff are mature well motivated individuals with considerable experience of life in general, and have been with us for several years. They are therefore able to give the best possible service, and make well considered decisions on the large variety of situations which are encountered in the day to day management of your property. All major decisions will however be made by a director of the company.
