Landlords who either have an HMO property or two or more managed by us will be entitled to an reduced ongoing management rate. You will find our staff very knowledgeable and displaying a real commitment to finding the ideal property every time.  Should there be a maintenance issue with a property, then speed is vital.  We use a range of professional contractors who will attend as soon as possible.
