Conference facilities are available within the Red Lion Quarter Function Suite.

TERMS
Offices 3, 4 and 12 are presently available on flexible terms to be negotiated, the rent is payable monthly in advance by direct debit and there is a one-off security retention payment. VAT is payable on the rents.

The office rental charge is inclusive of service charge, heat, light and power. Business rates are not included within the rent and tenants would be responsible for the payment of their own business rates, if applicable.
