**SELLERS INSIGHT**
This house has been perfect for us starting a family, it is such a lovely plot with a lovely walled garden and an young orchard growing out the front. The master bedroom was a big plus for us as it offers so much space and we loved that bedroom three was still a great size. The only reason we're moving is to be closer to family, if we could pick the house up and take it with us we would!

Goff Place is locted in the Berryfields development which is situated just off Fields Road, Wootton. The village Wootton offers local amenities such as schools, pubs, petrol station, library, local convenient stores plus much much more. **VALUERS OPINION**
