This quiet location is situated in the village of Tetcott on the Devon/Cornwall border. The villages of Clawton and St Giles-On-The-Heath are located within a few miles and boast village amenities including County Primary Schools. The towns of Holsworthy and Launceston are 5 and 10 miles away respectively and boast a more comprehensive range of shopping, schooling, commercial and recreational facilities. Launceston lies adjacent to the A30 dual carriageway giving access to Truro and West Cornwall in one direction and Exeter and beyond in the opposite direction.
From Launceston Town Centre proceed down the A388 (St Thomas Road). Upon reaching the roundabout at Newport take the right hand turning towards Holsworthy heading up Dutson Road towards St Giles-On-The-Heath. Continue for approximately 4 to 5 miles passing through the village of St Giles-On-The-Heath and for a further 2 miles entering Chapmans Well, take the left hand turning towards Luffincott, continue for a further 3 miles towards Tetcott. Upon reaching the village hall on the right hand side, take the left hand turning, where 1 School Cottages will be identified straight ahead marked with a Webbers To Let Board.
