There is a great sized family bathroom fitted with a white suite with tiled floor and walls. There is also a separate guest WC.

Outside there is driveway parking to the front with a dropped kerb. Side access leads to the rear gardens which are Westerly facing and mainly laid to lawn with a patio area adjoining the lounge. There are established shrubs to one side and a useful shed to the rear. The gardens are enclosed by panel fencing to all sides.
