Inadvertently a firm or individual (who may be on targets) under pressure may not advise in the best interests of their selling clients but consider their own financial interests/targets first and this could be to the detriment of their selling client. Some estate agents arrange finance for applicants (buyers) through their ‘in house’ mortgage advisor and receive commission for doing so which could lead to a conflict of interest if they are also selling the house the applicants are interested in! Gladly that is not us! Please do not think that because of our fortunate (through sheer hard work and some luck...the harder we work the luckier we get!) standing we are less motivated to achieve, on the contrary the reverse is applicable.
