The well stocked kitchen and eat-in lounge area are organised in such a way that should you decide to cook for one or for plenty, everyone will have space to flow freely. We have made worktop space a big priority as well as storage cabinets.You will enjoy 2 x state-of-the-art induction hobs that are cool to the touch (wipe clean), 2 x self-cleaning double pyrolitic ovens, microwave oven, dishwasher and 2 x double fridge freezers. Alexa is on hand should you wish to check up on the weather forecast, ask for a recipe, or set a reminder.

Grab a quick coffee at the Nepresso coffee machine and have a quick breakfast at the spacious breakfast bar in the light-filled kitchen, or maybe you fancy a full-on feast on the big dining table. A beautiful home works efficiently and like clockwork- we know you like order and clean spaces so we have provided a utility cupboard with hoover/mop as well as all the other standard fare. Don't worry; you won't be stressed as your cleaner will be visiting weekly to keep the shared living areas lovely.

We are hands-on landlords and proud of our homes and the wonderful people who live in them. You will never deal with an agent and all your calls will be answered by us, with a regularly checked message group used solely to report any maintenance issues which willbe addressed within 24 hours.
