Alec has a wealth of knowledge in the lettings and property management space, having acquired and sold multiple agencies before transitioning into leasehold block management. Gary bought his first mixed use property in 1982, and has developed an impressive portfolio of residential, commercial and short term lets. In the last few years, James has since took ownership of this portfolio, along with setting up a portfolio building business, Pure Property Partnership. Under our new management team, we will provide a variety of services to our landlords and tenants, and aim to provide unrivalled customer service.
