Operator

The community is operated by Enterprise Retirement Living, which is an Approved Operator under the Associated Retirement Community Operators' Consumer Code (see arcouk.org for more information).

Monthly Fee

A monthly fee covers all aspects of operating and maintaining Mount Battenhall (including external building maintenance, buildings insurance, external window cleaning, communal area maintenance and running expenses, refuse collection, garden and grounds maintenance, daily concierge service, 24-hour on-site staffing, 1½ hours' domestic help per week, and a management fee).
