In The Owners Own Words:
This is the 3rd house we have lived in on Heyford park, because we love the area so much. We originally chose 4 Cooper Close for its spacious, versatile and family friendly layout. A huge bonus for us was, and is, it’s quiet ‘tucked away’ position with views out over the fields. We have loved the sunsets and sunrises we get to see from our bedroom window plus the occasional deer grazing. We have enjoyed many days and evenings sat in the garden enjoying the peace, open space and evening sun. The Heyford Park community is a social and welcoming one with accessible social groups, open spaces and regular social events throughout the year (these often take place on/around the village green/Baton) such as family fun days, summer fayre and the occasional music or sports event. The green is about a 2/3 minute walk from the house
