We are looking for someone, or a couple, or small family to enjoy living here whilst taking care of it for us. We're looking to rent it out for a period before we move back in ourselves. We are flexible regarding the length of tenancy - up to a maximum of 2.5 years.

The location is a wonderful combination of a small village yet less than 3 miles (5km) to the centre of Cambridge (and the best route in is mostly car free along the river!)
The house enjoys a lot of natural light and is in a very quiet setting, not overlooked at all at the back. The photos are pretty self explanatory but do ask if you have any questions.
