What the owners love:
We have loved living in this flat, our first family home, and will be sad to say goodbye to it!
The large windows on three sides let a huge amount of light into every room all year round. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all feel spacious and we have often happily hosted family and friends here for dinner parties and stays.
Looking out over the generous shared garden, everything is green, quiet and beautiful, and yet in three minutes we can be at West Ealing station for super quick Elizabeth Line trains to Central London.
In fifteen minutes we can walk to Ealing Broadway for shops, restaurants and the cinema - and in less than that, to Leeland Road for our weekly shop at West Ealing's lovely farmers' market. The location is truly ideal for us. We're also within walking distance of many of Ealing's scenic parks, including Walpole, Lammas, and Pitshanger.
We have lovingly renovated the flat, adding wooden flooring to the living spaces and installing a new kitchen and bathroom that feels updated while staying true to the original style of this beautiful Victorian building.
Why we’d buy it:
This is exactly the kind of flat that gets the balance right.
You have the charm and proportions people want from a period building, but without the compromise of a tired interior or a poky layout. The reception room is a proper 18 ft space with room to relax, dine and entertain, the kitchen has been done with real style rather than just function, and the bathroom is a belter. Those soft green tiles are the sort of detail you remember.
Being on the top floor is another big plus. It gives the flat a brighter, quieter, calmer feel and the east and west aspects mean light moves beautifully through the space across the day. The views are leafy, the rooms feel private, and there is a sense of airiness that is hard to fake.
Then there is the location. For anyone who wants to be genuinely close to transport, this is seriously convenient. West Ealing Station is moments away, Ealing Broadway is walkable, and you are surrounded by the cafés, parks and everyday ease that make this pocket of W13 so popular.
Add in allocated parking, a large communal garden, and around 700 sq ft of well-planned accommodation, and this feels like a very easy flat to say yes to.

About this agent

Our approach emphasises on building relationships, rather than just transactionally facilitating the hugely important and emotive decisions related to moving home. We endeavour to showcase your property in the best possible way, using professional imagery along with a clear marketing strategy, and most importantly transparent and regular communication. We provide expertise in assisting our clients with buying, selling and letting homes throughout West London and beyond. We pride ourselves on integrity and always give our best advice, no matter how difficult that might be. It’s widely known that buying or letting in England can be a quite confusing, antiquated, and stressful process. Our vision at Leslie & Co is to revolutionise this brilliant industry eventually, starting gradually, one transaction at a time.
