The Estate:
The building, and rest of the estate, is managed by Sanctuary Housing. I've owned the flat for 10 years, and have found they maintain the estate, and communal corridors well, and are responsive to any exterior maintenance issues.

The estate is surprisingly quiet. Neighbours are friendly, and very little disturbance.

Estate parking and road parking available, both managed by Hackney Council (not included).

Bike hangers available just outside (6 months for one bike included with rental, for £30 key deposit)

The Area:
Flat is in a great area for greenery & natures. Just a 1 minute walk from Mabley Green, 3 minute walk from the canal and Hackney Marshes / Wick Woodland. Just a little further you have the Queen Elizabeth Park & Victoria Park.

Local Transport:
Bus stops 1 minute away, to Hackney Central / Stratford / Leyton directions.

Nearest stations are Homerton Overground (10 mins walk), Hackney Wick Overground (15 minute walk), Stratford Station, which now offers Elizabeth line, along with Jubilee & Central, (15 minute bus), Leyton - Central Line (10 minute bus)

Local Amenities:

  • Chatsworth Road is the closest high street, which has evey thing you need, plus Sunday street market.
  • Westfield Stratford is a 25 minute walk, or take the free shuttle bus from Here East
  • Hackney Wick is very close for nightlife.
  • Elizabeth Park has 3 gyms on offer, and F45 is even cloer on the canal.
  • Plexal (Here East) is the closest workspace, 10 mins walk, and is £240+VAT p/month. (One of the best workspaces I have ever used).
