Quite a decent location with a good hairdressers, takeaways, Heron and Co op just a minutes walk to the high street. Lots of good shops in Sutton in Ashfield, less than 5 minutes drive. There is a bus stop 1 minutes walk from the house. Close to Mansfield, Kingsmill hospital and have walked to the train station several times, takes less than an hour to walk, 10 minutes to drive.
Half an hour from the Peak District.
