The contract is an ATP rolling contract from the start and the landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association.

An inventory is carried out by an independent company.

All tenants require a UK guarantor* who is free of CCJs

*A guarantor is required to demonstrate that they are in a financial position to pay the individual tenant's rent in addition to their own financial commitments should the tenant default.

We require the guarantor to be a family member or friend, we can't accept guarantor companies due to their terms.


A holding fee of £180 per person is required to secure the property whilst the necessary checks are carried out.
