The Seller's View!
I lived in the house for 61 years, moving in in my mid 20’s and raised my two boys there. I have always found the neighbours friendly and supportive. The location is very convenient for Chester and has good road and rail communication links to the rest of the North West and Wales Schools and local shops are within walking distance, the zoo is also within walking distance. The house is not overlooked from the rear, and I have always loved the view over the field at the back of the house especially the changing of the seasons. The street is residential and quiet and is not a through route.
