Plenty of bus stops for Central London as well as to Lewisham, Peckham, Surrey Quays and beyond are roughly 10 minutes' walk away in opposite directions. The flat is also right next to the main C10 Cycleway into Central London and Greenwich. Millwall football ground is also very close by.

Local amenities include a very large Sainsbury's at New Cross Gate, and Lewisham, Greenwich and Peckham are in easy reach for further shopping. A large Tesco, Asda, Aldi and Lidl are all a walk or a short bus ride away up the Old Kent Road too.

Free parking is available directly outside the flat - no permit required.

Sadly the building regulations don't allow pets. The flat is on the second floor with no lift, so may not be suitable for wheelchair users. We're ok with smokers, but please only smoke outside the flat.
