A prominently sited detached bungalow which enjoys breath-taking and panoramic Southerly views across Campbeltown Loch and Beinn Ghuilean.
Dalserf is a very pretty detached bungalow completed in white painted render and neatly presented under a dark grey slate roof. Its accommodation is laid across one easily managed light and bright level with numerous rooms throughout enjoying uninterrupted waterscape views.
Dalserf is situated in a most lovely coastal setting on the edge of Campbeltown Loch, the house does require a degree of upgrading and modernisation works throughout, notwithstanding, it is our carefully considered opinion that it will be a much sought after home by many. The property sits within generous and well stocked garden grounds and from its slightly elevated position above Low Askomil the house enjoys breath-taking and panoramic Southerly views across Campbeltown Loch and Beinn Ghuilean.
Twin leaf outer storm doors to entrance vestibule, inner front door to entrance hallway, formal sitting room with original fireplace, bay window formation to front gardens and uninterrupted waterscape views. Bedroom 1 (master) with wash hand basin and bay window formation to front gardens and waterscape views, hallway cloaks store, family bathroom, bedroom 2 with window to rear gardens, formal dining room with electric fireplace, window to side gardens and waterscape views, kitchen with fitted stores, pantry stores, rear hall with wc, door to gardens. The extreme rear gardens are mature and planted with beds, bushes and specimen trees, and from its slightly raised vantage point there are sublime Southerly views out across Campbeltown Bay and beyond to Davaar Island and the Southern tip of Arran.
