Description

1 Cypress Grove is an attractive, detached, modern family home, built in the 1980's, enjoying a lovely position within this small and smart development tucked off Benhall Mill Road on the south side of Tunbridge Wells.

The house has been well maintained and is presented to a high standard throughout, allowing new owners to take up residence as soon as they wish, whilst they make their exciting plans for the future of the house and their new home. There is still much potential on offer to further extend and configure the house as they wish, subject to all necessary consents.

The ground floor is currently arranged with a generous sitting room overlooking the garden, with an attractive feature fireplace. The very impressive, light-filled, sleek and modern fitted kitchen overlooks the garden to the rear, with bi-fold doors opening onto the rear terrace creating a very sociable space. The kitchen provides very good storage and preparation space with range of integrated appliances, the large island unit also incorporates a breakfast bar and a spacious dining area for more formal entertaining. There is also a further access to the side of the house and garden. A study is found to the front of the house, ideal for today's working from home needs. A WC completes the ground floor.

The first floor is home to a large principal bedroom to the rear with views over the garden, the fitted furniture and wardrobes provide very good storage and there is a well-appointed en suite shower room. There are two further light spacious double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and are served by the generous and modern family bathroom.

Outside - 1 Cypress Grove enjoys a mature and established, part-walled and well-screened south-west facing garden. There is a paved terrace that spans the rear of the house, creating an ideal space for both outdoor entertaining and child's play.

1 Cypress Grove also benefits from both driveway parking and an integral double garage.
