Director Adrian Loak has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1991, he is a registered valuer and has a wealth of experience in the property market – both residential and commercial – throughout the boroughs of Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northamptonshire. Our Estate Agency service offers internet advertising and marketing designed to sell your property as quickly as possible. Our Lettings Service offers the same level of marketing, and in addition we provide a first-rate property management service for landlords. Our Valuation & Surveying service can be tailored to meet individual needs, including the RICS Homebuyer Report, which reveals much more about the property you are thinking of buying than a standard lending valuation.
