The rainfall shower in the ensuite bathroom delivers an awesome shower experience.

The kitchen/diner space is fully equipped and includes everything the 'higgihausmates' might reasonably need and includes: two induction hobs, two double ovens, a separate combination oven/microwave, an integrated dishwasher, two integrated fridges and two freezers.

House movie-nights are delivered courtesy of a wall hung 55inch 4k Ultra HD smart TV. And if that wasn't enough, there's a separate, multi-function social space that includes (amongst other things) a cinema, gym, yoga studio and co-working facility (we call it the higgihub).

As for location, we think it's perfect - only minutes from the bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the Uplands in one direction and a hop, skip and jump from the City Centre and all that Oxford Street, Castle Square and Wind Street has to offer in the other.

There are no agency fees as we don't use agencies.
