About this agent

History of Sanders: 1982 Sanders & Co is a family run business set up by (Paul Skingley) back in 1982, the same year as the Espana World Cup, Falklands War and the launch of the Ford Sierra as a replacement for the long-running Cortina. So a long time ago. Paul Skingley moved into Sanders House where Jeff Sanders had an established property management company and formed a residential lettings department. This is where Sanders & Co Residential Lettings was born. He was the first letting agent to place an advert in the local paper with the tagline “Thinking of Letting?”, which is still used today. After six successful years at Sanders House the business relocated to its own high street premises two doors down at 43 Oldfields Circus, where it combined a thriving lettings business with sales and joined the Links Group of local estate agents. In 2003 Paul’s son, Adrian, took over the business and oversaw some big regulatory changes in the rental market, such as the tenancy deposit scheme, houses in multiple occupation and energy performance certificates, to name a few. Due to the increasingly regulated industry, Adrian decided to focus his attentions solely on lettings. The opportunity arose in 2006 to relocate to the prominent office located in central Northolt by the Target Roundabout. The rental industry has changed dramatically since 1982 and Sanders & Co has changed in line with it but the one thing that has always been constant is the friendly professional personal service we bring to our customers, new and long serving.
